Here is how you make Walnut-crusted Mahi Mahi:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a baking disk with cooking spray. Place mahi mahi in dish and sprinkle with ground black pepper. (I actually use freshly ground mixed peppercorns.) Bake at 450 for 5 minutes. While fish is baking, mix together remaining ingredients. Press onto fish. Bake at 450 for 10 more minutes. Fish is done when flakes easily with a fork.
