What Are The Ingredients For Zucchini Lasagna Recipe?

The ingredients for Zucchini Lasagna are:

1 lb lean ground turkey
1 cup canned or fresh sliced mushrooms
4 cups fat free shredded Mozzarella
1 cup fat free ricotta cheese
2-3 jars Classico tomato-basil spaghetti sauce
3 1/2 large zucchini squash

Brown ground turkey in frying pan, drain.
In large pot, add spaghetti sauce and drained meat. If using canned mushrooms, add to meat and sauce mixture. If using fresh, saute mushrooms on very low heat until they start to release their own juice, then increase heat slightly to saute a bit faster. Add mushroom and juice to meat mixture. In a second large pot, add water 3/4ths the way up and boil. While water is boiling, cut the ends off zucchini. Once water is boiling, add zucchini and boil approx. 4-5 minutes. You want Zucchini to be crisp tender. After boiling, add zucchini to cold water wash to stop cooking. Once cool, slice zucchini length wise, into 3 to 4 slices. Spray a 13 X 9 (or similar size) glass pan with Pam. Cover bottom of pan with sauce. Lay zucchini flat over sauce, like you would with lasagna noodles. Will use approx. 6 zucchini slices. Dot with Riccotta, sprinkle with Mozzarella, and cover with sauce. Continue layering, making sure to end with sauce. Cover top sauce with Mozzarella, sprinkle with parmesan.
