1/2 C crushed sliced almonds
1/4 C parmesean cheese
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mrs Dash to taste

Here is how you make Almond Crusted Dover Sole:

Rinse and dry fish, set aside. place sliced almonds in zip top bag and crush with a rolling pin until fine. Add bread crumbs, almonds, cheese, and seasoning together and mix. Place breading mix on a dinner plate or in a pie tin. On dinner plate or pie tin, beat one egg, season to taste. In large fry pan, heat oil on medium to medium low heat.
