6 jumbo sea scallops

Half a bunch of asparagus, bottom 1" removed
1/4 lb shiitake mushrooms, sliced
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp butter

Here is how you make Bacon Wrapped Scallops with Asparagus and Mushrooms:

1. Place the orange juice and the ginger slices in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil over medium-low heat. Cook uncovered for about 20 minutes, until the juice has reduced to a syruplike consistency. 2. In the meantime, preheat your oven's broiler. Wrap the scallops in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
