1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pound uncooked halibut
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
[Optional] Add a packet of Ranch Dressing Mix to the sour cream and mayo. It makes for a great flavor.

Here is how you make Cheddar Halibut Bake:

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a small bowl. Put goldfish in a bag and crush into crumbs. Clean halibut and cut into 1" x 1" squares. Coat fish in cream mixture, coat in goldfish crumbs and place in a 9" greased baking dish.Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes until done. Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese on top and turn off the oven.
