What Are The Ingredients For AntCof's Bubbly Seafood Bake Recipe?The ingredients for AntCof's Bubbly Seafood Bake are: 1 lb scallops1 lb shrimp 1/4 cup smart balance spread 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onions 1/2 cup slice mushrooms 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour 1/3 cup half & half cream 1/3 cup white wine 1 tsp salt (optional) freshly ground black pepper to taste 1/2 cup bread crumbs How Do I Make AntCof's Bubbly Seafood Bake?Here is how you make AntCof's Bubbly Seafood Bake: Rinse scallops and shrimp and set aside. In a saucepan, melt margarine. Saute' green onions and mushrooms until onions become transparent. Add flour and mix thoroughly; add cream and stir until sauce has slightly thickened. Add wine, salt and pepper, stirring until completely blended. Add scallops and shrimp and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish*****. Top with bread crumbs.
