Preheat oven to 375.Assemble a wire cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet & spray with nonstick cooking spray.Place bread crumbs in shallow dish (I use a pie plate). Add all seasonings & cheese, and thoroughly mix. Press cod into bread mixture and evenly coat. Place coated fillets onto rack and bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
