Here is how you make Shelly's Baked Catfish:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Combine dressing & egg whites in a small bowland mix well with a whisk. Combine cornmeal, cheese, flour, cayenne, old bay, pepper and salt in a shallow dish. Dip fish in egg white mixture and then dredge in cornmeal mixture. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes on each side or until lightly browned & fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Steam vegtables while fish baking. Season vegtables to taste.
