1/2 C mayonnaise
Juice from 1/2 fresh lemon (save rind)
1/2 C Fresh dill (snip into fine thread w/ scissors)
salt & pepper to taste

Using 8x10 roasting pan:Pre heat oven to 400 degrees & spray pan w/ olive oil1. Mix all ingredients except salmon in a small mixing bowl 2. Place filets in roasting pan and brush dill/sour cream dressing on upper half of filet generously3. Cut lemon rind into slivers a place around filets4.
