Spray baking dish with Pam butter spray.Carmelize onion in olive oil and set aside to cool.Combine mayo, lemon juice, and egg. Stir in corn, croutons, 1 of the diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and garlic. Spread half of the mixture in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with halibut pieces and then remaining mixture.Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese.
