1/4 t. lemon zest
1 T. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 450, put rack on highest slot.Spray a 4 sided cooking sheet with olive oil (adds fat not calculated in recipe)In a bowl, mix cracker crumbs and 1 T. herbs, set asideIn a seperate bowl mix mayonnaise, 1 T. herbs, garlic powder, lemon zest and lemon juicePut cod filets on baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepperBrush filets with mayo mixturePress cracker crumbs into filets.Bake 8-15 minutes (mine took 12).*We used 2 T of dill and even I, who loves dill, thought that was a bit too much. We will change it up to 1 T. dill and 1 T. parsley next time.
