Spray a tin foil covered cookie sheet or small baking tray with a very small amount oil oil spray to prevent sticking. Place filets on tray. Using a brush, coat one side of rinsed fish filets with spicy brown mustard. Sprinkle and press Panko crumbs onto mustard coating. Carefully turn filets and repeat. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until fish is cooked and flaky.
