Here is how you make Baked Parmesan Crusted Tilapia:

Pour the olive oil into a bowl, mix all dry ingredients in a dredging pan. Dip the filets in the olive oil, then coat them with the bread crumb and parmesan mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes or until fish is flaky. I laid them directly on a foil covered cookie sheet and did not spray or otherwise coat the foil.
