1 juice of 1 lemon wedge
1 large egg
1/3 c. italian style bread crumbs
1 small stalk celery, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Here is how you make Baked Krab and Salmon Cakes:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a medium bowl, combine salmon, salt, pepper and lemon juice.Chop crab meat and add to salmon. Refridgerate at least 10 minutes.In a small skillet, melt the butter and add onion and celery. Saute until onion is translucent.Stir onions and celery into salmon and crabmeat.Add garlic and egg, mix until fully incorporated.
