Soak the salmon in cold water for a couple of minutes then drain and pat dry.Cut a piece of tin foil long enough to place the fish on and still be able to fold ends. Layer onion rings and lemon slices on top of the fish. Wrap the tinfoil over the salmon and fold over all edges to seal.
