Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Heat oil in an oven proof skillet, over medium heat. Add onion and cook until transparent. Add garlic; cook for another minute.Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low and let sauce simmer for about 5 minutes until tomato juices thicken.Remove skillet from burner. Stir in parsley, dill and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper if desired.Sprinkle feta over top.
