1/4 C fresh parsley or 2T dried
1/4 C fresh dill or 2T dried
2/3C Feta
1-1/4 lb raw shrimp
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Here is how you make Baked Shrimp with Feta:

Pre-heat oven to 425Heat oil in an oven safe skillet. Dice up onion and saute for 3 min or until soft. Add in minced garlic and saute another min or so. Add the 2 cans of tomatoes, parsley, dill, salt & pepper and simmer about 5 min to reduce the juice. Stir in the raw shrimp and sprinkle the feta on top.
