Preheat oven to 450 degrees2. Remove shells, vein; leave tail intact3. Rinse and dry4. Sautee onions in oil until transparent. Add few drops of water, if necessary, add garlic and green onion and cook 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, wine, lemon juice, half the parsley, chopped olives, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes until thickened.6. Pour half the sauce into shallow casserole, arrange the shrimp on top.
