2 t Creole seasoning (I use Emeril's Essence)
1 t olive oil
2 t reduced sodium soy sauce
1 lb large fresh shrimp

Spray 11x7x1.5 baking dish with cooking spray. Ad lemon juice and next 5 ingredients. Stir well. Add shrimp, toss well to coat.

Bake 450 for 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir occasionally.
