Crush ritz crackers and combine with 1/4 cup lemon juice, melted butter,onion, garlic, lobster, crabmeat, scallops. Salt & peppter to taste. If stuffing appears to dry add a small amount of water until desired consistency. Place 1/2 of haddock on one side of pan and 10 frozen shrimp on the other side. Cover with stuffing, top with remaining haddock and shrimp. Mix soup and remaining lemon juice and pour over shrimp and haddock. Bake 30-45 min @ 350 degrees or until fish is cooked.
