2 tbsp Worcester sauce
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Seasoned Baked Tilapia:

Preheat oven to 425. Beat the egg in a shallow bowl and mix in the Worcester sauce. On a plate, mix the dry ingredients together - mix them well! Dip the fish filets into the shallow bowl with the egg mixture and coat both sides. Then roll it in the dry ingredients. Place it on a shallow baking pan lined with tin foil and sprayed with non-stick spray (I use Crisco spray). Bake the fish until it flakes with a fork (about 8 minutes for raw filets, and 14 minutes for frozen filets).
