1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

Here is how you make Baked Trout Ole':

Preheat oven at 400 degrees F. Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in baking dish. In a separate dish, mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until fork-tender. Note: Since my boys and I like to fish so much we often have fresh whole trout around. I also skin all my fish.
