Here is how you make Baked Salmon Filets with Vegetable Relish:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Combine all ingredients, except salmon, in a bowl, mix well. On a cookie sheet, place a piece of foil large enough to wrap salmon in. Place half of vegetable mixture in the center of foil; put salmon on top. Top salmon with remaining mixture. Gather ends of foil and crimp on all sides; be sure that it is completely enclosed, the steam created helps cook the vegetables.
