Bring to a slow boil. Slowly add grits. Turn down heat and let cook for about 5 minutes. You want the grits to have a kind of creamy consistency. Add more water if they are too thick. Stir in 1 tsp of the margarine, keep warm.Fry bacon in a nonstick pan until crispy. Put on paper towel to cool. IN THE SAME PAN THE BACON WAS IN add the green beans and water.
