Preheat oven to 425 deg.In a large bowl, toss broccoli with 2 TBSP oil, along with the coriander, cumin, 1/2 the salt, 1/2 the pepper, and the chili powder. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes.Meanwhile, combine the shrimp, remaining 1 TBSP oil, 1/2 the salt, 1/2 the pepper, and lemon zest in the same bowl. After the broccoli cooks for 10 minutes, add shrimp mixture to the baking sheet and toss together. Roast another 10 minutes, tossing once halfway through.
