125 g frozen shrimp, raw, (small to medium)
1-3 tsp soy sauce, as needed
1 tbsp ginger garlic 'jelly'

Makes about 3-4 cups-- spray pan with non-stick-- add the mushroom and onion and spray them lightly, salt and pepper and toss for 2 minutes till they start to brown-- add garlic, the broccoli and a spoon ful of water and soy, stir, cover for 1 minute to cook- Add the snow pea pods, the carrots and toss. Add water, soy and spices as needed, to partly steam, partly fry-- add ginger garlic jelly and stir into the dish well-- add shrimp last and another few tablespoons water, cover and cook 3-5 minutes till shrimp are done.
