John's Maryland Crab Cakes

My husband was born & raised in Maryland & makes the best crab cakes around. And that comes from me, who was born & raised in New Orleans. They not only taste good but you can actually taste the crab - not like alot of other recipes which add a ton of filler. The servings may be a tad off since I had to approximate the different serving sizes since he made all three versions of this recipe, & I wasn't going to follow behind him with my scale bugging him to weigh everything. LOL.So, if you see something not quite right, please let me know. What I'm absolutely sure of... these were delicious! (mine were oven baked).Enjoy!
