Drain the crab and shrimp.ntIn a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients, mixing well.Heat a large sauce pan.Seperate the mixture in 8 seperate patties.Spray the pan with PAM.Cook on each side about 10 minutes each or until the patties stick together and are pretty dark on each side.I didnt have any tartar sauce so i mixed up some light miracle whip with rice vinegar, soy sauce, wasabi paste and cocktail sauce for a dipping sauce, which turned out pretty tasty.
