Here is how you make Caldo del Mar:

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a 6-qt saucepan. Add onion. Saute until translucent. Add garlic. Saute 2 minutes. Add carrots, celery, parsley, and salt. Saute 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, okra, and water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer 25 minutes. Add seafood mix (it's okay to add it still frozen). Increase heat to return to simmer.
