Here is how you make Baked Seafood Casserole:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Place fish, shrimp, and scallops in baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour milk over seafood. Melt butter in a small microwave safe bowl. Add bread crumbs to melted butter and stir to coat. Add garlic powder, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Spinkle bread crumbs over seafood.
