4 slices day-old bread
3/4 cup skim milk

In a large skillet saute onion, peppers, celery, and garlic in margarine until tender. Add soup and shrimp. Cook and stir over medium heat until all ingredients are blended (if you used raw shrimp, cook until shrimp is no longer pink). Stir in rice, bread cubes, milk, and seasonings.
