This was really just a throw together meal. I used what we had in the house. Boil egg noodles.Throw tuna (with water) in hot pan (with oil). Let it sear/simmer.Put frozen spinach in with tuna and let simmer.When noodles are ready, drain and put in the tuna spinach pan.Mix together.I didn't have time tonight but toss it in the oven for a bit to casserole it.I put some cheese in mine but didn't add it to the recipe.My best guess is that this serves at least 8.
