Onion Powder 1 Clove Garlic, minced 4 Cups of whole Milk (preferred), 2% or skim may also be used Salt and Pepper to taste How Do I Make Kevin's Tuna Casserole?Here is how you make Kevin's Tuna Casserole: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray oblong casserole dish with non-stick spray (for ease of cleanup). Line the bottom of the casserole dish with chips until completely covered (about 1/2 the bag). Drain tuna and spread over chips. Top with remainder of chips.In a large stainless steel pot, melt butter and add garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Saute about 1 or 2 minutes to blend flavors. Gradually add flower stirring until a gooey paste is formed. Pour in milk one cup at a time, stirring with wire wisk to remove lumps. Cook on medium-high heat until sauce thickens slightly, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Pour sauce over chips and tuna. Bake in 400 degree oven until sauce thickens and chips on top are golden brown (approximately 20 - 30 minutes). Remove from oven and allow to set for five minutes before serving.
