cook noodles, add 16 oz bag of frozen mixed vegetables during last 2 minutes. Beat two eggs, add the 1.5 cups of milk. to this add 1/2 cup of the cheese. Drain noodles and veggies; put into casserole dish sprayed with vegetable spray. sprinkle tuna over noodles and veggie mix. pour milk mixture over noodles. sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole.
