1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
Salt and Pepper, to taste
3 cans Tuna (in water), drained
1 cup fresh mushrooms, diced OR 1 can, drained and diced
3/4 cup green peas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray or rub with oil, set aside.Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe container and cover. Cook on HIGH for 4-5 minutes. Discard excess liquid, set aside.Mix cream cheese, egg, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, Worcestershire, parsley, psyllium husk powder, salt and pepper. Stir in cauliflower, tuna, mushrooms, peas, and 1/2 of the shredded cheese.Pour mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.Bake for 30 minutes.
