2 eggs, beaten
4 tbs light butter (I use brummel + brown)
1.5 c grated ff cheese (i usually do cheddar)

How Do I Make Baked Cheese Grits?

Here is how you make Baked Cheese Grits:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring water and salt to a boil. Add grits to boiling ater, stirring constantly for a minute. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until grits are thick and creamy. Temper eggs with a small amount of hot cooked grits, then add back to remaining grits. Combine remaining ingredients with grits and pour into a casserole dish (I like the 9x9 square dish).
