White wine 1/4 cup

Here is how you make Mediterranean Shrimp w/Feta Cheese Pasta:

Heat olive oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion saute 1 min. Add add mushrooms, saute 3 more min. Add shrimp continue to saute 3 more min. Add artichoke hearts, tomatoes, lemon juice,parsley, basil and oregano. Cook till shrimp are done but tender, 3-5 min longer. Add wine and cook down a bit.
