In large skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add shrimp and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Cover until heated thoroughly, turning once. In medium saucepan, bring 4 qts of water to boil. Add frozen tortellini and reduce heat. Simmer for 3 minutes or until tortellini begin to float. Do not boil tortellini. Strain and add to skillet with shrimp. Stir in vodka sauce.
