- Boil the codfish. When it?s done, put under cold water to stop cooking process and start cleaning it up by removing all spines and all skin.- Cut all the vegetables in small pieces. Then put on a pan the olive oil and start to cook the vegetables in this order: first put onions, then garlic, then two kind of peppers and the zucchini.
