1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or other seasoned salt)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sliced stuffed green olives
1 tablespoon arrowroot powder or cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Crushed red chilis sprinkling (optional)

Here is how you make Cod or Haddock Creole:

Preheat oven to 350. If fish is frozen, defrost and drain. Cut the fish into 2-inch cubes and place in a 9 x 13 pyrex pan. Combine the tomatoes in a bowl with the green pepper, onion, celery, Old Bay, garlic powder, Worcestershire, and olives. Mix well. In a small bowl or juice glass, mix the water and the arrowroot. Then add to the tomato mixture. Then pour the whole tomato mixture over the fish pieces in the baking dish.
