1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup thinly sliced white onion

1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Za'atar seasoning (or unsalted all purpose seasoning)
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (do not use Kraft in plastic container)

Here is how you make Crusted Talipia Filet:

1. In small baking dish coat bottom with 1/2 tbsp. olive oil. Sprinkle with Panko bread crumbs. Season lightly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne and Za'atar. Top with sliced onions. 2. Place tilapia filet on top of onions in dish.3. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and remaining dry spices.4. Coat fish with mayonnaise mixture. Evenly coat with cheese. Evenly cover cheese with remaining Panko bread crumbs.5. Lightly, but firmly press topping into filet. Sprinkle with remaining olive oil. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
