Saute the onions in light margarine in a large saucepan. Once onions are clear, add crawfish tails (do not drain), cream of mushroom soup and water. Add Liquid Crab Boil (1/2 tsp at a time) until it is as spicy as you want it. (I usually add 1-2 tsp because I like it really spicy!) Bring to low boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
