Here is how you make Fresh Low Fat Salmon:

Place salmon filet in glass baking dish. Pout white wine over top. Zest the entire outer skin of the orange on top of the filet. Cut the ornange in half and squeeze the juice into the wine to marinade the filet. Sprinkle the dill over the top. Let sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature to marinade before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for abotu 20 minutes until it reaches your preferred doneness. Time can vary depending on thickness of the filet.
