If you need to, add a little water to keep it from getting too thick.Add your little shrimps, and stir and keep on heat until they are good and heated and your sauce is the right thickness.Drain your noodles when they are perfect, mix together with your sauce. Chop up your spinach leaves a bit and lay them on a plate, serve your pasta and sauce on the bed of spinach, with more freshly grated cheese, cracked pepper. I like to grate a bit of nutmeg on the very top.
