Here is how you make Ginger and Garlic Crusted Rockfish:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Chop the garlic and ginger very finely. Season the rockfish fillet with ground pepper (no need for salt, but you could use a bit of sea salt if you want) and a bit of seasame oil and lemon juice.Place the fillet of fish skin side down on a baking tray or dish and cover with the finely chopped ginger and garlic mix and the japanese breadcrumbs. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with some chilli flakes and a squeeze of lemon.
