Here is how you make Herb Marinated Grilled Halibut:

In a small bowl, combine herbs, lemon juice, oil, and garlic, mix well. Place halibut on large plate. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper, and spoon herb mixture over fish. Let stand at room temperatur for 15 minutes to marinate. Meanwhile, heat grill. When ready to grill, place fish on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once.
