3 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
2 1tsp Olive Oil


How Do I Make Honey-Soy Cod?

Here is how you make Honey-Soy Cod:

Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper if desired. (I don't add extra salt). Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high heat until hot. Add the fillets and cook 3-4 minutes on the first side, or until lightly browned. Flip and add the garlic to the pan; cook, stirring occasionally, 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until fragrant. Add the honey and soy sauce. Cook, occasionally spooning the sauce over the fillets, 1-2 minutes, , or until the cod is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
