Here is how you make Breaded Lemon Pepper Talapia:

Crumb bread in blender. Prepare bread crumbs by adding salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp. of lemon peel, zested. Moisten fillets with lemon juice from 1 lemon. Dredge in prepared bread crumbs. Put rest of olive oil in deep cookie sheet. Place fillets on cookie sheet. Back at 350 degrees for approx. 10 minutes on one side (until bread crumbs are crusty).
