Here is how you make Lime Cilantro Catfish Nuggets:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with foil. (you can spray with non-stick cooking spray, but this was not added to the nutrition info)Put milk in one bowl. Mix wheat germ and cilantro in another. Dip each "nugget" first in the milk then in the wheat germ mix, place on baking sheet. When all "nuggets" are on the baking sheet "drizzle" lime juice over each one. Bake for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
