Here is how you make Poor Man's Lobster:

Cut Halibut into 1" cubes, place them into a large mixing bowl and pour sprite zero over the halibut cubes. Let them marinate for 30 minutes.Place 4 cups of water in to a large pot and bring to a boil. Add Nu-Salt and Splenda, stir to disolve. Add halibut to pot from mixing bowl, let cook for 5-6 minutes or until the halibut is floating on the top. Ready to serve with drawn butter sauce.( DRAWN BUTTER SAUCE)Place Smart balance in to a sauce pan and melt add lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder , stir to dissolve.
